A 1954 rendition of Terzakis song "Laterna" with music by Manos Hadjidakis was sung by Melina Merkouri. It's the musical theme from
the film "Nyhterini Peripeteia" (below).
Scene from the 1954 film "Nyhterini Peripeteia" ("Night Adventure"), the only film directed by Terzakis. The film eventually was renounced by Terzakis himself and has not been shown publicly for decades.
